New Court Rules regarding the Mediation Act 2017 which came into effect on the 22nd January 2018.
Lawyers will be forced to suggest mediation under new Bill
(Irish Times) Solicitors and barristers will be obliged to advise their clients to consider using mediation to resolve disputes under a new Bill to be published in 2017.
