While active in general practice, Michael is keen on fostering and supporting mediation in Galway and the surrounding areas and is the proprietor of Galway Mediation & Debt Resolution Services. Prop. New Court Rules

New Court Rules regarding the Mediation Act 2017 which came into effect on the 22^nd January 2018.

Lawyers will be forced to suggest mediation under new Bill

(Irish Times) Solicitors and barristers will be obliged to advise their clients to consider using mediation to resolve disputes under a new Bill to be published in 2017.
